However, I need to bring one important issue to your attention. I originally ordered Men Cotton Boxer (Pack of 3) – Black/Navy/Dark Grey in size Large. Before dispatch, I emailed your customer support and was advised that Large would be oversized for me. Based on that guidance, I clearly requested the size to be changed to Medium.
Despite this confirmation, I still received the Large size.
This situation happened even after proactively checking with your support team and following their recommendation, which is why I believe this deserves special consideration. I trusted the advice provided and adjusted my order accordingly.
I’m confident your brand values customer experience, so I hope you’ll help resolve this in a way that reflects that—whether through a suitable size solution or a thoughtful goodwill gesture. I’m sure this will go a long way in maintaining trust and future loyalty.
