Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:
Return WindowYou may return most new, unworn, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable ItemsFor health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Underwear and intimate apparel
- Swimwear
- Sale or clearance items
How to ReturnTo initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@savys.pk with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item.
- Pack the Item: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and labels.
- Ship the Return: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
ExchangesIf you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect ItemsIf you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@savys.pk. We will provide instructions for returning the item and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund.
