A. Sleeve length:

Measure from your shoulder joint to mid of your upper arm.

B. Chest width:

Put one end of the measuring tape at the bottom of the armpit of the shirt and measure straight across to the bottom of the other armpit and multiply the measurement by 2 to get full round chest size.

C. Length:

Measure from top front, from highest shoulder point to bottom of hem
